Dr. Festino has been practicing General Internal Medicine and Cardiology Diseases in Saco, Maine for 46 years.  He is a native of Scotia, New York.  Dr. Festino did his undergraduate work at the University of Rochester, New York.  Dr. Festino received his M.D. degree from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York.  Dr. Festino served his general internship at Detroit, Michigan.  Dr. Festino did a residency in General Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Cardiovascular Diseases at the Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York where he was Chief Resident.  Dr. Festino then served in the United States Navy as a medical officer during the Vietnam conflict.  He currently practices medicine and lives in Saco, Maine with his wife Patricia.  He is an avid Yankee sports fan.
